There’s nothing in that story that implies that it could not have been the same Beast. Oh my goodness - this is the first time I've seen the final effect of the kiss transformation. I would say that I love the Rumpelstiltskin and Belle story. This episode of #OUAT came in 18 minutes too long! Oh, the things that were cut! Months are going by in Fairy Tale Land. One of my fave things in whole episode is Rumple seeing Belle from his window and running down the stairs. He sees that she can be this kind of doting, sweet girl. 'As she becomes more relaxed, that interests and amuses him. She becomes more interested in helping him to realize that he is this really cool, interesting guy. They eventually form an intimate relationship where she can see what others don't.

He gives the character so much power, but in this episode his walls tumble down. They’re similar in a sense, obviously, but the subtle differences are cool. I really love what Robert has done with Rumple, and I love Mr. Personally, I think he did fall in love with her.
